~Summaries of the Anime~

Episode 1~Encounter

The OAV begins with the voice of Kira explaining the audience what angels are… The story starts with Kourai and Arachnee stealing the body of Alexiel, inside of the crystal, while Katan breaks the chains of Rosiel with an incantation. Then we discover Setsuna’s everyday life, as well as Sara’s and Kira’s at school and outside.

One day, while going home, two mysterious demons launch an attack against Setsuna and then leave. At that moment, Setsuna tells his sister that he loves her more than like a sister. This action reveals Setsuna’s aura to the demons who observe from further.

Setsuna’s life is at a turning point and will change for ever. He will meet Rosiel and the two demons that attacked him. They are Kourai and Arachnee and they will reveal to him the story of Alexiel, the organic angel. It’s hard to believe for the young boy…

The next day, Rosiel tricks Setsuna by kidnapping Sara. Setsuna comes right into the trap. Rosiel used some students to set up the trap. After a bloody fight where the students transform into monsters, Setsuna loses one of his arms and is bleeding to death. That is until Adam Kadamon decides to step in and takes all powers from Rosiel who now has to escape. Adam Kadamon also restores Setsuna’s body. That is when the two demons decide to step in as well. Kourai supplicates Alexiel to come back to her. But Alexiel is still asleep…

Setsuna takes his sister back home. Releaved that she is safe, he cannot resist the envy to kiss her. But their mother has seen it all and, angry, tells her son to leave the house and leave Sara alone. As she woke up and heard it all, Sara takes her brother’s defence. Realising that she would be better off without him, Setsuna makes fun of her and leaves. Sara is depressed that he refused her love for him. Her mother decides to send her away to England.

Meanwhile, Rosiel, angry that Katan intervened in his business in order to save him when Adam Kadamon appeared, reprimands him.

Episode 2~Awakening

Kourai is worried for Alexiel’s soul because Setsuna does not want to hear anything. Therefore, he calls on the three Divine Dragons. Meanwhile, Sara has given in to her mother’s will to take her away from her brother and his incestuous love for his sister. She decides to go to his school to give him a last kiss, in front of the whole school…

Somewhere in Heaven, Rosiel has seen it and decides to publish the photo of the brother and sister kissing and distribute it to the whole school. This should make Setsuna very angry and thus wake up Alexiel. Unfortunately, it is going to be a failure thanks to Kira’s intervention. He comforts his friend. In order to forget all about it, Setsuna runs into a park and falls on Rosiel and Kira. Very angry to learn that Setsuna possesses the Seven-Blades sword, decapitates Kira.

Losing it, Setsuna rages and unconsciously gives in to Alexiel’s soul which takes on. Alexiel and Rosiel will now fight and it ends up with the death of Katou, the student that Rosiel used to publish the photo of Sara and Setsuna kissing. When Setsuna’s mind comes back, he discovers the death of the young man and Kira still alive and safe. He decides to run away…

Arachnee, wondering about what just happened asks Kira for an explanation. He tells the demon that his immortality is due to the Divine Blade. He received Rosiel’s blood on his chest when they last fought.

Somewhere in town, Setsuna, wandering, crosses Kourai’s path. The young man proves that he likes the demon. Kourai falls in love with him…

Now it’s time for Sara to go to the airport with her mother. Sara gave Kourai the ring that Setsuna gave her when they were kids. Then she jumped into a taxi and left. Desperate, Setsuna rushes to the airport and tells Sara he does love her truly. They escape together.

Meanwhile, Rosiel decides to kill Katan, but it fails…

Episode 3~Regeneration

Kira remembers the kid he met and whom gave him his body, on the moment to die in a car accident, so that his father would not lose his wife and his son together. The kid’s condition was that Kira had to make his father hate him so that he would not be sad on the day that the son would die. Kira decides to take on the responsibility of Kato’s murder, in order to protect Setsuna and to honour his promise to the real Sakuya. But it does not seem to be working, his father loves him despite everything he did to make him hate him.

Meanwhile, Setsuna and Sara finally live their love together freely. They spend the night in a hotel. Rosiel sees it as a treason from Alexiel.

Meanwhile, in Hell, Kourai calls on the dragons again because she is worried for Alexiel. Jade announces her comin awakening…

Later on, as Setsuna and Sara decided to go back to Tokyo, Katan kills Sara. Katan ends up badly hurt and Sestuna, raging, lets Alexiel wake up at last. Alexiel’s awakening brings Tokyo to a complete destruction. Kourai arrives on the place and Kira’s father dies in his son’s arms who is crying for him, calling on Setsuna and asking him why it has to end up that way.

This is the moment when Setsuna decides to close his mind and he dreams about Sara being his girlfriend and not his sister. But it’s only a dream and Kira manages to bring him back to consciousness by calling him. Setsuna commes to him, holding Sara’s body in his arms.

Rosiel provokes Alexiel in duel. Alexiel answers with violence, holding the Seven-Blades sword, which surprised Rosiel and his leaves. Later on, the group is on the top of a building to cry on Sara’s death. Adam Kadamon decides to appear again and makes another miracle: going back in time before the destruction of Tokyo. But Sara will still be dead, because her death is the detonator for Alexiel’s awakening. Setsuna asks Kira to kill him so that he can go down to Hades to bring Sara’s soul back to the living.

Metatron had a bad dream and calls on Sevoth-tart, who does not even answer…
