Zahikel~
Master of Thrones/Previous military master
Master of Thrones, Zahikel is blind and wears a monastic dress. He seems nice and joyful, but his personility is in fact way more complex.
He has a very ambiguous position: during the war of Angels, he was at the head of an army and commanded a bloody battalion. Then he decided to change his position by claiming peace and understanding between both sides. His activities are focused on the salutary angel that would be very useful for him and his organization. He knows the secret of Sara's soul, which he takes care when she gets to Hades. He secretely possesses a bust of Angel and saves Raziel, his young servant who has uncommon powers, from lethal scientific experiences.
In the past, Zahikel belonged to a patrol that exterminated I-children. Zahikel was summoned by the High Council in order to kill the momebers of the rebellion who were against a project seeking to create a new powerful angel. He will end-up killing his loved one by mistake, Anael. Judged by Sevoth-Tart, Zahikel had decided to commit suicide when Adam Kadamon appeared before him and prevented him from killing himself. Sevoth-Tart marked him with the fallen angels' seal to make sure he will not talk about the latest events. Since that day, Zahikel decided to "respect Angels' will" by seeking the truth and taking the head of the rebellion, that wants a return to an equitable world where there would be no good or evil.
He frees Sara from Sevoth-Tart, and reasons her to make her understand her responsibilities. Then, thanks to her, he gets in touch with Setsuna, the Salvatory Angel, and even sacrifices himself to save him. Once he is captured by the White Army, Sevoth-Tart gets his wings removed. This is the worst punishment that an Angel can suffer. Having lost his wings, the angel soon becomes a ghoul and begins to lose his mind and become a beast, until he finally dies in great sufferings.
Setsuna and Raziel arrive to free him just before his death, but it's too late. Adam Kadamon appears in front of him and offers Zahikel his eyes back for the last time, so that Zahikel can see Raziel from his own eyes and realize that the boy is his own son. In a last moment of lucidity, Zahikel gives the commands of the rebellion to Raziel.
Dubbiel~
Cherubim/Sevoth-Tart's servant
Dubbiel is a Cherub of high position, seeking promotion above all. He has the position of Gabriel as the Master of Cherubim. He loyally serves his master, Sevoth-Tart by bringing him information about Rosiel, the state of the realm and rebels.
then, Sevoth-Tart orders him to kill Rosiel. this act will be fatal for Dubbiel as Katan protects Rosiel and wounds Dubbiel with a piece of wood in his heart. Using the advantage that Dubbiel is in very bad shape, Rosiel makes him swallow one of his plums so that Dubbiel becomes loyal to him now. Rosiel then sends Dubbiel back to Sevoth-Tart in order to make him understand that he is the strongest.
Raziel~
thrones/Zahikel's servant
He is the loyal servant of Zahikel and he is an apprentice archangel. He spends his time serving tea to his master. He discovers the crypt of Zahikel where he keeps Sara's soul which he will often perceive the waveforms later on. Sevoth-Tart notices that he has a "votal force" superior to the norm. In fact, Zahikel gave him shelter, testing his strength, when he suffers the worst medical expereinces, and explained to him that he possessed a strength capable of making his will become real.
Raziel is on the same waveforms as Sara, therefore he can communicate with her soul. Later on, engaged in the patrollers' troops, he meets an I-child, Chatiel, and discovers what forbidden love is for Angels, during a short period of time... His destiny appears as he learns from Adam Kadamon that he is zahikel's son and that his father will give him the head of the rebellion.
Laila~
Dominatio/Scientific
She is a brilliant scientist who drove her colleagues' jealousy in the Heavens. Her special sign is a cross on her forehead. Following an aggresison, Laila accuses all of her colleagues, guilty and innocent, and they are condemned to die. That's why Niddhog, in love with Laila, tells Setsuna while guiding him out of Hades. A long time before that, she worked with Anael on the Sandalphon's project...
Anael~
Domination/Scientific
She used to work on Sandalphon's project as a scientific. The council, now having a new member in Sevoth-Tart, wanted to get rid of her at the same time as the rebels who had discovered the project's secret, by bringing her to being kidnapped by them. Disguised as a spy of the rebels, Sevoth-Tart sends Zahikel to kill the rebels and he doesn't recognize her, killing her along with the rebels. Zahikel realizes later on that he killed the one he loved and who loved him...
Nidhhog~
Domination (living in Hades)/Ex-scientific (dragon)
Nidhogg used to be an angel and was condemned to death on false accusations from Laila. He, then, progressively transformed in ghoul, losing his memories and his mind, until Uriel takes care of him and transforms him into a half-alive dragon, in order to protect Yggdrasil, the Tree of the Universe.
Nidhogg will lose his body when taking Setsuna out of Hades because he cannot live too far from Yggdrasil. Before disappearing, Nidhogg gives one of his scales to Setsuna that, upon reaching Earth, will transform into a seed that Setsuna will keep securely into Alexiel's earring.
This earring will be lost in Beriah and will grow in front of a prison-tower, where Laila is imprisoned, awaiting for her trial. Nidhogg's soul reappears in front of her into her cell at the top of the tower. When she sees him, she wants to embrace him and falls down on the ground. she was not able to fly because her astral powers had been blocked. Therefore, she will die confessing her apology, her love and her past distress to him.
Raphael~
Virtues (Master)/Major Angel (Element: Air)
Raphael is the elemental Angel of air, master of Virtues and the only who possesses the power of healing. He loves to go after women. Despite his hobby, he is very alert and ready for anything that can happen in Heaven and Hell. He is Michael's friend.
He sees Alexiel on Earth while she is fighting Michael. He knows her power and intervenes to stop the battle. Later on, he finds himself face to face with Gabriel. As they discuss, he tries to get her favours, but in fact, she is the only woman whom he has respect for. He protects her from Sevoth-Tart. Uriel asks him to Resuscitate Setsuna by uniting the four elemental angels in a bubble protected from the outside World. Setsuna is finally reveived.
