~Background story~

When he created the Heavens and Earth, God also created a perfect being, Adam Kadamon who created twins angels: Alexiel and Rosiel. Alexiel is the organic angel and Rosiel is the inorganic angel. More angels were then created. Among them was Lucifel who became a Fallen Angel and who descended to Hell. This lead to Lucifel losing his soul and thus the order and peace that had reigned in Heaven was destroyed. Weheras Rosiel was God’s favourite angel, Alexiel was kept out from the highest level of the Heaven’s hierarchy. Angry, she rallied the demons and evil of Hell and attacked the Heaven. At the last moment, she hesitated to kill her brother and just sealed him in the Earth, then called Asshiah. Alexiel, along with her sword, Nanatsusaya –Seven-Blades- was feared throughout all Heaven. But the rebellion failed and Alexiel’s body was sealed in a crystal while her souled was condemned reincarnate for eternity in a human body.

Order and peace has returned to both worlds with a new Master, Sevoth-tart, while demons still want revenge from the angels’ supremacy and from the bloody killing that they organised against them. Therefore, two of the demons, Kourai and Arachnee, stole the crystal in order to reunite Alexiel’s body and soul. They look for her soul on Asshiah (Earth) and discover that it is in the body of Setsuna Mudou, a young high school boy with a complicated life…

Worried, Katan, Rosiel’s follower, secretely decides to deliver his master, the only angel, for him, who is able to protect Heaven from Hell’s attacks.
